•• OVERALL PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION ;;
Standing at a rather average height of five foot seven, Keira is quite a stunning young woman. She has a strong jaw, high cheekbones, coupled with a duchess style nose that gives her an almost noble, regal air. This joined with pouty lips and piercing green eyes gives her a very alluring physique which she has no problem utilizing against others to get her way. Her skin is pale and clear, an indication of not much time spent in the sun and a rather nocturnal life style, unmarked except for a tattoo of a black pair of wings on her back where her shoulder blades are, about one foot in height, and a thin scar that runs down her back from just below the middle of her back to her right hip. This scar is very thin, clearly from a clean cut wound, a scalpel to be exact, and is barely noticeable against her skin except as a slightly lighter off white, pinkish line that runs across her lower back. The scar does not bother her or cause her discomfort but it is a constant reminder of how no one can be trusted when she twists in front of a mirror to look at it.
At a mere one hundred and twenty-five pounds, Keira is very slender. She is just barely in the range of what would be considered healthy without being underweight, and all of the weight she does have is mainly made up of lean muscle covered by a very thin layer of fat. She does not look it though with her petite body. She by no means has a six-pack of course but is still quite a bit stronger than she looks and with flexibility that is quite uncanny sometimes. Despite the hardness her personality radiates, her body is not lacking in the curves department. Though not as pronounced as they are in more busty women, Keira’s body is not a hard block and she can be quite gentle and soft sometimes, especially when relaxed. Her body measurements are thirty three inches around the bust, twenty-three around the waist, and thirty-three around the hips, with a bra cup size of B. As for her hair, Keira naturally has blonde hair but dyes is black the vast majority of the time. She likes her hair dark and always felt that she was a brunette stuck in a blonde’s body. All the same, she does dye it other colors from time to time, especially for disguises, but never unnatural colors; she sticks to shades of blonde, brunette, and black.
Keira likes to wear clothing that she finds make her look attractive. This is only natural for women of course as no one wants to wear something they think is ugly or makes them look fat, etc. but Kir is a little bit overly picky about it. She will spend hours trying to find the perfect outfit on many an occasion and will flip through fashion magazines to make sure she would never go out in public dressed like an idiot. But on the other hand, she is not impractical. She is not opposed to wearing sweats or loosely fitting clothing to allow for freer movement and greater comfort. But only when it would be impractical to do otherwise. All the same, Keira loves to wear tight-fitting clothing that brings out her slender figure and which has often given her her third nickname, the Black Cat, due to the black cat-suites she often wears for her assassination missions but also just in general sometimes because they make her feel seriously bad ass.

•• PERSONALITY ;;
The killer. That is what most people see and know Keira as; a heartless murderer without a conscience. And it really isn’t that far off the mark either. Keira does not feel bad when she kills another living human being. She has done it so many times by now that she has become less affected by it. She even enjoys feeling that type of control over the lives of others sometimes, deciding who gets to live and who gets to die, being God in effect. She is a very neat and clean killer though and when she kills someone, if she can help it, she does not torture them and kills them swiftly and cleanly, snapping their neck if they happen to remain alive. In that respect, she is not heartless, as she does not torture her victims in their death, unless they seriously pissed her off. On the other hand, due to her upbringing, Keira has grown to despise the world and everything happy in it, killing people to get back at them for taking her parents away from her and stealing the happy life from her that she feels she deserved. She cannot actually hurt the people who were responsible for destroying her life, mainly because she does not know who did it, making it rather hard to hunt said people down and getting revenge, so instead, she lets it out on those around her. She is most well known for her pseudonym, the black cat, a name given to her by the people who work for her for the black catsuits she tends to wear. She likes this nickname, taking pleasure in the fact that it implies that those she passes will have bad luck. She is known for having the grace, flexibility, and uncanny strength for her size, like a cat. After killing her adopted father, Griffin O’Sullivan, Keira used her feminine whiles to seduce the successor, the spot she was supposed to one day get, in order to get herself power, resources, and contacts from this crime empire, an infamous group known for its dealings with drugs, human and weapon trafficking, assassinations, kidnapping for ransom, and other such things. As time passed, she eventually was given a fraction of the empire as her own. Not too long ago, she murdered Simon and took over the entire empire.
From the age of nine, Kir had been trained in the arts of a criminal and was put through a very rigorous training routine by her last adopted father and the only man who ever treated her like something worth keeping around, Griffin O’Sullivan, the same man who eventually betrayed her trust. In the morning, she would be forced to run laps around the mansion or swim laps in the freezing cold waters of the lake on the manor property to work on her speed and endurance; at noon she would be forced to climb a tree or some strange intricate structure that involved a great deal of flexibility and strength and would not be allowed to eat lunch until she succeeded - here her slender and athletic figure always came in handy since she did not have to lift as much weight as someone else; in the afternoon, she would then have lessons in all sorts of different types of martial arts, sometimes trained by a master of a particular fighting style of sometimes even by Griffin himself. Her criminal activities were always trained in the evening, and once-again with the incentive that if she didn’t succeed she would go without dinner. It started with pick-pocketing and lock-picking, both of which she picked up and mastered very swiftly, her small dexterous hands coming in very handy. Since Griffin was the first person she could remember who showed even the slightest bit if interest in her, even if it was just as an asset and tool to use, Keira worked hard to impress him and gain his respect. By the time she was eleven, her adopted father realized what potential she had and started adding to the physical routine with more mentally stimulating exercises, training her to be able to act and lie with a straight face, reading facial expressions, controlling her emotions, noting small details, and other such things. The first time she killed someone was when she was fourteen.
One of Keira’s weakest points is how socially awkward she is unless she puts on her acting face. The only real experience she got with socializing and making friends was when she was in the orphanage - she was orphaned at the age of five - but she never spent much time in one place, constantly being bumped from one orphanage to the next as the people tried to find a suitable family for her. She was adopted a total of five times, but until the last one, none of them lasted long as Keira had really rotten luck and the adopted mothers and fathers tended to either be drug users, smokers, alcoholics, child abusers and beaters, or simply ended up not liking her. And then the routine she was raised in from age nine did not allow for socializing time. It did not teach her to connect with people or how to be a good friend. It only taught her how to read the other person’s face and body movements, learning their darkest secrets and then twisting their weaknesses against them. She was trained to trick, lie, coerce, and manipulate, not compassion, live, or to connect... Which is why Keira is so socially awkward. She is a good leader and when she is in a position of power, she feels at home, knowing how to control situations. She feels comfortable controlling other people and manipulating them and their actions. She can even befriend someone if it is to learn their secrets and to weasel her way into their trust, but when it comes to actually wanting to befriend someone just because she wants to, Keira feels lost and unsure how to act, lost on how to be herself and not act even. This has lead to her becoming rather antisocial and just avoiding the whole ‘friend’ business in general. And after a few bad experiences, she has also become incredibly distrustful of people.
Due in part to her distrustful nature and social awkwardness, Keira does not like relationships. Don’t get me wrong, she loves the game of seduction, playing with the minds of her ‘prey,’ twisting them around her little finger, and sexual activities - she tends to like it slightly rough and passionate and doesn’t like that lovey-dovey, staring into each other’s eyes shit - but she will not go farther than thinking of the men and women as anything more than entertainment and a source of amusement and pleasure. One night stands are the norm with her, but from time to time she finds someone she can stand for longer and keeps that person around for a while. The moment she even suspects she might be becoming attached though, she kicks the person out the door, coldly and without explanation. Sure, it might make her a heart breaker, especially since she had no issue lying and convincing the person that she might be a permanent thing if thats what they want to hear, but Keira will lie to get what she wants. She has no qualms with lying. Also, she is afraid of commitment and coming to care for any person after being betrayed by the one person she grew to love and sees any type of attachment to another human being as weakness, something that can be exploited by an enemy or even by the person you get attached to. All the same though, Keira does still surround herself by people she trusts, but even these people she will only trust to a certain extent and controls them through fear and gains their loyalty that way rather than love and respect.
If there is one thing that Keira really hates, it is men who think they are superior to women. Anti-feminists and misogynists just piss Keira off and when she runs across them and they don’t treat her with respect, they will not live long, even if Kir happens to be in a good mood. She hates men who try to control her and women who are dependent and weak bug her to no end because she sees them as being the reasons for why men think that women are inferior to them. Keira is a feminist and a huge supporter of women’s rights. She is still annoyed that the military refuses to allow women on the front line. She herself does not want to go there but she does not get why women shouldn’t be allowed to if they wish to. And other things like that are what bother her. But while these types of men piss her off big time and are her biggest pet-peeve, there are still several other things that annoy her, like being stolen from, losing, disobedience, stupidity, boredom, stress, tension, awkwardness, and being lied to... and being tickled. Keira is surprisingly ticklish, especially on the bottom of her feet and around her belly-button. When someone tickles her, she becomes almost completely incoherent and laughs and twitches and struggles, usually ending up crying from laughing so hard, unable to help herself. But even though she is laughing, she hates it. She hates having such a huge weakness. And this particular weakness is her most guarded secret because she knows if it got out she would become a complete laughing stock and her underlings would lose all respect for her.
Even though Keira puts on this façade of cold, uncaring, dispassion and invulnerability, she is not untouchable. She has fears just like anyone else. She fears her own death, feeling attached to life even though it has not treated her kindly. She is very wary of stronger men and is very careful about never going anywhere without some weapons. She fears rape and that powerless feeling she felt during the process. She also fears losing everything like when she was orphaned as well as confinement and feeling trapped. She values her freedom and independence almost above all else. Despite everything, deep down in Keira, buried beneath layer upon layer of a cold, uncaring walls of defense, is just a frightened, hurt, and lonely young woman. If someone ever managed to get down to that young woman and befriend her, Keira would actually not be a bad friend. She would be a little awkward at times, granted, but she is not lost on compassion. After all, she loves animals - she’s a vegan - and is unable to harm children and always feels a pang of empathy when she sees orphans like how she was herself, bounced around in the despicable orphanage systems. There is only one person who ever managed to see that part of Keira, and that person betrayed her, making it even more difficult for the next person to reach her.

•• HISTORY ;;
The beginning of this story is really not very strange. Keira’s abnormalities were not hereditary, nor were they caused by a strained relationship between her parents when she was born. Petra and Stefan Abendroth were really two very normal people, both of higher middle class origins, living very comfortable lives in the suburbs of Munich, Germany. They were very kind people, knew all of their neighbors, always willing to offer and give a helping hand. They were both very devout Christians, going to church every Sunday, living good Christian lives as a whole. Stefan was a history professor who had written and published two textbooks, a very sweet man in his mid-twenties, who loved his wife and would never have dreamed of raising a hand against a soul. Petra was no different. She came from a wealthy higher class family but had married for love rather than money, perfectly content to bustle about their little white house with it’s white picket-fence, taking care of the house chores. She was too in-love to care that her family had shunned her for her choice of husband. They had married very young, when Stefan was 23 and Petra was 20, both coming from very religious backgrounds, both choosing to marry their first love.
When they had been married for about 3 years or so, Petra brought up the topic of wanting to have children. She came from a large family and had always wanted a batch of children of her own. Stefan was reluctant at first, questioning his fathering skills as is only natural for men in his situation, but eventually, he gave in to his wife’s wishes. Ten months later, on October 15th, 1986, a little baby girl was born to them with beautiful light, bottle-green eyes. They named her Keira, not because it was some family name, not because it had some beautiful meaning, but rather for no other reason than that they happened to like the name, the name just coming to Petra’s lips as she held her child for the first time. Keira was a cherished little baby, baptized in the Catholic church her parents went to, enchanting all who saw her with her beautiful green eyes and sweet smile. As she grew older, no abnormalities occurred. She was a sweet, innocent, healthy little girl who loved to play and socialize, who loved to frolic about in the little girl dresses she always wore, running around in the forest behind her parent’s house. Her mother always fussed over her when she came back from her little escapades, fretting over how dirty she was, picking twigs out of her daughters hair and laughing when she tried to escape, calling Keira her little forest fairy.
But everything changed when Keira was 5 years old. The day started out like a normal day, nothing abnormal happening. They had gone to church since it was a Sunday and had then gone out for lunch at Keira’s favorite lunch cafe. After eating, the three of them piled into their car to drive home. It was raining that day, the air brisk and chilly. To this day, Keira cannot forget, even though it was so long ago, how she had been sitting in a booster seat in the back seat of the car, looking out the window, watching the rain with those big green eyes of hers, laughing even, lifting her little hand to press against the window, leaving a hand print. She had then looked forward... and it was like the world had gone into slow motion. The car came sailing over the divider, an explosion blinding her as the car crashed into the side of the truck before them, bursting into flames. Keira let out a high-pitched scream as her father slammed on the breaks, trying to avoid the crash, but he couldn’t as the large truck before them burst into flames as well. Their car slammed into the truck... and Keira lost consciousness.
What happened after that is but a blur to the young five-year-old, with random moments appearing in perfect clarity here and there. She woke up to screams, people rushing around her. A stranger was holding her, someone she did not know. Keira started struggling, screaming, crying for her mother. The person told her she was going to be okay, that everything was going to be okay, but Keira did not believe her. Her parents weren’t here. And some stranger was carrying her away from where her parents lay. She remembered catching a glimpse of them then, two charred bodies being lifted into an emergency van, men in strange uniforms rushing around them, saying words her young mind could not comprehend or understand. A space of blur followed this, flashes of sensations and images of strange people and children she did not know. The next thing she remembered was a few weeks after the accident... when they told her that her parents were not coming back to get her and that these people standing by the door wanted to adopt her.
Because Keira was so young, the people who ran the orphanage hoped she had a good chance of being adopted... but Keira proved to be difficult. She started throwing tantrums, picking up vulgar language from the child around her. She refused to do whatever it was someone told her to do, angry, yelling that her parents would get them back for how they were treating her, saying that they would come back for her. But as months passed, and then a year, Keira began to realize that her parents weren’t coming back. This followed another stage where the world made no sense, nothing but a blur. She was adopted by a young woman during this phase, a recovering drug addict who was unable to have any of her own children. This woman had good intentions at heart when she adopted the little Keira, age 6 at this point, but she was not fit to be a mother and the men she brought back home were not good influences, all of them scum bags, drug addicts, with histories of violence. One of this men broke Keira’s arm by shoving her out of his way. This incident ended with Keira waking up in the hospital, the executives of the orphanage speaking to her adopted mother.
A few days later she was taken to a foster family, her adopted mother being caught stoned and being declared an unfit parent. Keira spent some time there, even was adopted a few more times, but she always had horrible rotten luck. The father was always abusive and/or a drunk, the mother was a drug user, or the family lived in an unsafe environment for a child. Each time she was taken away from the family and sent to a different foster home. This continued for a few years, Keira becoming more and more cold and emotionless toward the world, anger growing in her at the unfairness of it all. All the same, each time she was adopted, Keira threw herself at her parents, doing her best to try and please them, finding herself desperate for some affection, merely wanting to forget and be happy. But by the time Keira was 9 years old, she had given up, instead keeping to herself rather than subjecting herself to the cruel torment of the other children who always picked on her as the newbie, seeing as she never stayed in one place for more than a few months. It seemed that all of Keira’s luck had run out, used up in the car accident she managed to survive unharmed.
When Keira was nine years old, a man arrived at the door of the foster house. This was not an unusual occurrence, but who the man was was indeed very peculiar. A man of with a large, muscular build, dark eyes, and an incredibly wealthy man, Griffin O’Sullivan, suspected of being the head of a large and formidable crime empire - authorities were unable to ever prove anything though - who apparently wanted to adopted a young boy to ‘lighten up his lonely existence.’ The truth was that Griffin desired to train an heir. Every child had been told to expect the visitor and to dress and act their best, which they always were by their foster mother, this time an elderly lady with her daughter, a cold woman in her 40s, who had a total of seven children under their roof, five boys and 2 girls. Each child had an interview scheduled with the wealthy man; Keira’s was last. The children all sat in their rooms, waiting to be called on. Tension filled the house, but Keira seemed oblivious to it. She found herself more curious than afraid of the large man with the black eyes, and anyways, he wanted a boy, not a girl, so Keira saw no reason to be worried about her interview with the man.
When her time finally came, Keira hopped off of her bed with a slow, leisurely, but graceful hop, and followed the elderly foster mother to the room. She remembered the curiosity she felt as she was led into the room, finding herself walking with that quick, light-footed grace that is so characteristic of young children, flitting into the room and settling down on her chair, not a hint of unease in her character. The door was closed behind her and Keira fidgeted in her seat, gazing across the table at the large man with her big light green eyes inquisitively. Griffin gave her a curious look, leaning closer to her to examine her and then letting out a soft laugh, asking why she wasn’t afraid like the other children. Keira shrugged and occupied herself by watching Griffin’s mustache which quivered every time he spoke, her entire attention focusing in on it. She responded to all of his questions with ease, her eyes watching that mustache quiver the whole time, curiously, wondering if it was real, because the longer she looked, the more she thought it wasn’t. When Griffin stood up, Keira knew she was excused and hopped to her feet, but before she slipped out of the door, she turned back around and boldly asked him if his mustache was real. The elderly woman standing at the door swiftly scolded her for her worlds, but Griffin merely laughed and told her she would find out one day.
Satisfied with his response, Keira returned to her room, Griffin having been removed from her mind as her thoughts turned to a more interesting topic, that of a little bird in a nest outside her window. It was thus much to her surprise when a few hours later, Griffin came into her room, followed by two other men and the daughter of the elderly foster mother. Keira was told to pack, and although Keira was a little bit confused, excitement built in her and she ran about, packing the few belongings she possessed, and then that very day, left with Griffin for her new home. Unlike her past families, Keira found herself excited, especially when she saw the large mansion that was to be her new home. In this new home, the first few days, she was left to her own devices, which Keira took full advantage of, running around and doing as she pleased. During these first few days, Griffin watched her, analyzing her character. He determined that she was quite perfect for what he had in mind and after a week had gone by, had Keira installed into a very rigorous training routine, which he was glad to see she threw her whole heart into, working hard to gain his approval.
In the morning she would be forced to run laps around the mansion or swim laps in the freezing cold waters of the lake on the manor property to work on her speed and endurance; at noon she would be forced to climb a tree or some strange intricate structure that involved a great deal of flexibility and strength and would not be allowed to eat lunch until she succeeded - here her slender and athletic figure always came in handy since she did not have to lift as much weight as someone else; in the afternoon, she would then have lessons in all sorts of different types of martial arts, sometimes trained by a master of a particular fighting style of sometimes even by Griffin himself. By the time she was eleven, her adopted father started adding to the physical routine with more mentally stimulating exercises, training her to be able to act and lie with a straight face, reading facial expressions, controlling her emotions, noting small details, and other such things.
When she was 11 years old, her father also added another thing into her daily routine, one that shocked Keira. She tossed into a room with two young men, one many many years older than herself, and the other only a few years older than herself. She was told that once she managed to go through a whole session without making a sound, she would be done with them. Not knowing what to expect, Keira blinked uncertainly at these two men. When they advanced on her, Keira backed away, but she was only a little eleven year old girl... and didn’t stand a chance. These men tortured her, putting her through the most excruciating pain she had ever felt in her life. The younger one of the two was the one who gave her the scar down her back, the one scar that her father did not have healed by a strange underling he had who could heal wounds with a touch. Keira hated when she was put through this part, and for the first time in her life, truly struggled to manage not to scream. But by the time she managed to, she had become desensitized to pain. She could stand a great deal of it without feeling the need to resort to begging and pleading to let her be. By the time she was 12 years old, she was able to go through the entire experience without screaming once.
Around the time she managed this, Keira hit puberty at the older end of 12 years. This came with a very confusing mix of emotions as Keira found her body changing, strange feelings starting up, along with hair starting to grow in odd places... and then the worst part, the bleeding at the onset of menstruation hit. Not having a female figure in her life, Keira was unsure of who to go to with her questions, feeling uncomfortable speaking with Griffin. But luckily, Griffin was no moron and, noticing some of the signs, brought one of his underlings, a young and beautiful twenty-two-year-old assassin by the name of Stella Clarkson, to train Keira in the more feminine arts of the trade; i.e. seduction. Keira ended up idolizing this woman, going to her with all of her questions and watching her and imitating her. Keira was started on dance lessons then, alternating between martial arts and dance every other day, tutored by Stella herself most of the time with the help of professional dance teachers. Very swiftly Keira blossomed into a stunning young woman under Stella’s tutelage, gaining grace from her dancing lessons, her beauty coming naturally as she grew but with some touch up from Stella as she was taught how to use make-up to her best advantage, how to shave her legs, etc., what types of shampoo to use to make her hair more lustrous, and shiny, what lotions to use to keep her skin perfectly smooth, clean, and inviting, all of which Stella drilled into Keira until she could do it in her sleep.
Keira had been desensitized to killing by this point as well, though she had yet to kill someone herself. Griffin and Stella did not hide the fact that they killed people from her and since they became the two most important role-models in her life, Keira thus grew to assume it wasn’t a bad thing. The first time she did kill someone was when she was fourteen. She was sent out on a mission, as Griffin had made a habit of doing, but this time he sent her into an abandoned alleyway, not really explaining what she was to do. Soon after Keira was sent down the dark alley, he told one of his underlings to attack her and do as he pleased with her in the hopes that she would make her first kill. He knew she was capable of it. She was an incredibly good fighter, better than he had ever expected from her, but there was a softness in her, a love and respect for life he wanted to beat out of her. Keira had no idea why her father-figure had sent her to this alleyway, no idea of what his intentions were, and when the man attacked her, Keira was unprepared, stumbling. But after a little while, her instinct to protect herself kicked in and she started fighting back. It happened completely by accident. The man had pulled a knife on her and Keira had done the thing she had been trained to do; capturing the man’s hand in a deft maneuver, attempting to unhand him and take the knife.
The man let out a howl and swung at her as she bent his fingers back. At the last minute, Keira managed to avoid the blow. But after that, Keira managed to get her head back in the game and danced about, avoiding blows, waiting for an opportunity to get his knife from him. When the opportunity showed itself, Keira did not hesitate and tackled his arm, using a deft and practiced maneuver to divest him of the knife. She then pointed the knife at him, threatening him to back off or she would kill him. The man did not listen though, still not taking her seriously as she had not really harmed him and merely been defending herself up until now except for that moment she had bent his fingers back and merely laughed at her. His laughter made anger bubble up in Keira, overriding her fear, and when he tried to attack her again, his fist coming down to strike her face, Keira dodged the movement and slammed the blade into the man’s side, jerking it swiftly back out, and then sent a kick at him, causing him to move and stumble, opening up his chest to her as he fumbled and groaned in pain. Keira moved in, embedding the knife in his chest just below his rib cage, pushing in and up to pierce his lungs. Panting heavily, she dropped to her knees and lost consciousness beside the now dead man.
She woke up lying in her bed, Griffin sitting in a seat by the window, looking up at her when she sat up in her bed. They had a little chat then where Griffin smiled in satisfaction and Keira proved to have taken her first killing quite well, even sounding proud of it. As time passed though, a hiccup occurred in the relationship that Keira and Griffin shared. Stella and Griffin had been lovers for quite some time, something Keira picked up on as time passed, but an incident occurred around the time Keira turned 17 that changed everything in Keira’s life once more. Stella was murdered in an assassination mission that had gone horribly wrong. When Keira and Griffin found out, rage had built up in Griffin and he stormed off. All usual routines were put on hold and Keira found herself taking up more and more of Griffin’s usual duties as her father figure picked up drinking and brooding about.
Griffin’s mood grew worse and worse and in his drunken rages, he would often beat those around him... but never Keira. Keira he never harmed in that way. But Keira would have taken this to his fist over what ended up happening a few weeks after they first heard of Stella’s death... In the past few weeks he had often confused Keira with Stella, which was understandable since they had looked quite a bit alike, especially since Stella had been the one to teach her how to dress, act, and doll herself up and they had the same eye color and hair color. But this one night, Griffin had downed more alcohol than usual and his mood was of a different sort than was usual. Rather than violence of a beating sort, Griffin was instead in the mood for another primal desire. Keira had lost her virginity a while ago, not thinking much of it and growing to find sex quite pleasant, but when Griffin made advances on her, calling her Stella, Keira was horrified and disgusted. She told him she wasn’t Stella, that she was Keira, but Griffin merely laughed at her, saying it made no difference since she looked just like her. He told her to hush and be still and maybe she would even come to enjoy it. Keira had no idea what to do. She had never in her life disobeyed her father, she even loved him, but she could not do this, that it was wrong, disgusting...
Her uncertainty gave Griffin the time he needed to back her up into his bedroom, locking the doors behind him, before kissing her, running a hand up and down her arm. Keira flinched at his touch and cringed away from him, her tongue revolting at the taste of alcohol on his lips, not wanting any of this to be happening. But he grabbed at her, and became more and more violent the more Keira resisted. He finally shoved her back against the wall, her head striking the wall with a sharp snap, stunning her momentarily, giving Griffin the time to scoop her up and drop her on his bed and remove her clothing as well as his own. When Keira came to her senses again, Griffin was on top of her, kissing down her face, her neck, her breasts, and Keira found herself cringing with each caress. Anger at this type of betrayal rose up in Keira and she shoved hard at his shoulders. Her small petite body was no match for his much larger, stronger build but she dug her nails into his eyes and gauged him, making him bleed, giving her the opportunity to slip away from him. She looked around frantically for a weapon to use and ended up picking up a baseball bat lying against a wall and striking him repeatedly with it in her anger. Griffin let out a howl of pain and flinched away from her, backing away. But the damage had been done. The anger boiling up in Keira had made her blind to her actions and even as she watched, Griffin bleed to death. She very swiftly got over the death, burning the baseball bat in the fireplace to remove evidence, telling herself that he was a horrible man and she was an idiot for ever loving him in a father-daughter type fashion.
After that, all hell broke loose. It was well known that Keira was Griffin’s heir, but many had issued with being run by a little stick of a girl who had little to no experience. And anyways, this crime empire was no democracy, and so, without Keira being able to do much about it, she was booted out of the position as heir and later ruler of the empire to being a mere assassin, a powerful order 3 taking over instead. This man was known as Simon MacKeltar. Simon was not an unattractive man, but was not the smartest and only ruled due to how powerful he was, both wealth and influence wise as well as from being an order 3 being - this was before the meteor shower of 2012. Luckily though, Keira was not left completely destitute; in fact, she was left with a huge chunk of money as Griffin had signed everything over to her. She had an entire house with servants and staff... But Keira was not content with this and was angry at having what she saw as her rightful power being taken from her. Keira was eighteen by this time. As time passed, she came up with a plan. Simon was not a very smart man, but he was very powerful... and if she could get him around her little finger, she would have all the power she pleased. It wouldn’t be the first time she tried to seduce someone, but it was the first time she had such high motivation. After about a year of the game, Keira had finally managed to make the man fall in love with her.
Life went on for a while in that manner, Keira pulling the strings and influencing Simon’s decisions. She used her new found influence over Simon to simply make her own job easier, giving herself access to all of his money, resources, and even borrowing men from him from time to time who were ordered to listen to her and make sure she came back safe under the punishment of death. And people listened to Simon, because if they didn’t, death swiftly would follow. Keira is quite happy with her situation then and has been living quite comfortably the past several years. Simon views her as his little trophy and she is perfectly content to let him believe that and allowing him access to her bedchambers since he actually is quite a good lover, but she has no feelings in return for him what-so-ever and merely goes along with pretending to love him back because of the resources it gives her access to and because she likes having that kind of power over another person. However, deep down, Keira was still incredibly power hungry. She wanted to one day lead the entire empire and while she can influence Simon quite well, he still made most of the final decisions. As the years went by, Keira has been working to get herself better and more securely situated in the empire and gaining more and more followers of her own. Simon gifted part of the empire to her three years ago, when she was 23 years old, the men and women under her ordered to listen to her every order unless they wished to die a very horrible death. But Keira has been learning how to gain the loyalty of her underlings in other ways than just using Simon, seeing it as an important trait since she wants to one day lead it on her own.
And then the vaccine appeared in the world in July of this year and Keira saw her chance. Some of it had been stolen from a lab somewhere in the UK and this person had come to Keira in the hopes of selling it. She immediately did, buying it from him and injecting herself with it. The next few days had been excruciating, but once her body had dealt with the vaccine, she had increased strength, speed, and endurance as well as heightened senses. Her first order of business? She killed Simon and took over the empire. She has been hunting supernaturals ever since, having a very deep ingrained hatred for them.
