Rayna is quite a figure when you first see her, hair down to her butt, blowing back as she walks, since it's always kept loose and long. She does look like a typical human however there is an 'off-ness' that isn't quite right however nobody has really been able to tell what exactly makes them think that. The one thing that anyone could say is off is that her teeth are a bit sharper than normal, however it's not inhumanly sharp nor do they look filed.

Clothing wise is an interesting borderline. She likes to stay covered up but at the same time she likes to tease those that look at her with the barest flashes of what could be underneath. Bright colors are a bit of a must, just as black and white are very predominant in her wardrobe. She's especially fond of skirts if anything. That and heels are a big thing so it's nearly impossible to catch her without some sort of height boosting shoes. If there is any actual style to her dress it'd have to be elegant which is rather odd considering her preference of colors at times.

Rayna is far from the nicest little lady around, in all honesty "b*tch" does really sum her up along with a few other choice words such as "masochist". She's quite stuck up, thinking she's the best of the best though her intelligence factor is a little bit below average, not that she's stupid but she often doesn't think things through to the fullest extent and often winds up a victim to something she didn't foresee yet would likely be extremely obvious to another. As for the masochistic side, she'd not really one to show this side unless she trusts someone entirely, or she's put in a place that it can't help but be shown. That being said there is a small sadistic side lurking, however it's usually squashed down by the masochistic. She's quite independent, not taking orders fondly and has been known to be outright rebellious at times. You really couldn't classify this girl as cruel or anything, she just is merely indifferent to others, finding them lesser than herself and if she sees no reason to help them, she won't. It's really hard to say if Rayna even has any good traits to her, sure if she can get something she wants from someone she can be as sweet as honey but she'll turn on the other as soon as they're no longer valuable to her. To her 'love' is simply a nicer way of explaining 'lust' to little ears, and speaking of kids, she likely shouldn't be allowed around kids as she has a very strong dislike of them. She does have a somewhat calm side, one that she really tries to keep contained and only let's those that she actually enjoys being around see. When she's actually calm she can be rather tolerable compared to her usual and is known to actually think of others at this time.

Rayna was born to a quaint little family, if you could call them that. Always in the public eye for one thing or another. They were close-knit and comfortable in all things. Old money is easily the best way to describe them. Her aunts and uncle did live in the same house, family mansion and all though it was her mother's family mansion not her father's. Things were great for her, while she was the only child for everyone to dote upon at least. By an outsiders view though, her life was absolutely perfect. As the other children started to arrive she got jealous, thinking everyone was paying more attention to her brother and cousins. This would become the norm for their life too, especially as Rayna grew and her beauty started to shine, her mother would take her out and show her the best of life, further spoiling her daughter. Of course things weren't great, her mother demanded a lot from her, including forcing her to learn to dance, gymnastics, horseback riding, and even violin, however much her daughter hated most of it and never let her skip a single lesson, meaning she never really got to have play-dates with the children she longed to meet.
She never attended public school as a child, always in either some fancy-pants private school or an at home tutor. This helped chill her out during elementary and most of middle school, during which her father decided that she needed to meet some friends beyond the family friends and enrolled her into a public American school, much to her mother's displeasure. There were some conflicts at home during this time until a compromise was made, she'd stay in public school for the year and if she liked it she'd stay until she graduated to high school. Her mother thought she'd get sick of it and agreed, but things backfired.
See, all the boys in the class were rather enthralled by the pretty new student and fawned all over her, giving her the attention she's always craved. She graduated middle school quite content to stay with her new friends in high school and she did in a way, enrolling into a boarding academy.
She was pulled from the school her senior year, her mother having gone back on her word and wanting her daughter back in France. She became rather bitter, this time before forced to learn the things a 'lady' needed to learn according to her mother for when she would be married off. She was absolutely miserable, in fact her only relief was the trips she got to take with her father back to Sweden where she learned some falconry. She technically had not graduated high school because of this, although her mother claims she went to a finishing school therefore she didn't need a high school diploma or GED.
She was only nineteen when the meteors struck. At first she didn't notice anything odd, especially looks wise. She'd always drawn attraction but now she seemed to be attracting more people and her masochistic and sadistic streaks started to form. That's when she noticed if she thought about something hard, at least of a person doing something, then the person would in fact act upon it. She started to experiment a bit with this, trying to figure out if it was a fluke, coincidence or she actually had something to do with it. When she realized that it was because of her she quickly turned on her mother, insisting that she at least get her GED, which she did rather quickly and then be allowed to live abroad for a couple years. This was greeted with mixed emotions, her father didn't mind so much, but her mother found it improper, even despite Rayna's power since it was so weak at the time. She was given a condition, she could go live abroad, however the moment that her parents found a suitable suitor. She agreed, figuring that by the time that would happen she'd be strong enough to avert it.
Since then she's moved to London, landing her current job which she's been out for only a couple months, which she's mildly content with since at this point she doesn't particularly want to live entirely off her parents' money, just to prove that she doesn't need them as much as her mother thinks she does.
