•• ABILITY ;; His right arm can withstand most assaults, being made out of Titanium, one of the strongest metals on earth. Fused with the latest technology this metal arm is composed of over 1,000 movable pieces that can unlock to form various other things, however the only ability Boran has managed to combine with his arm is a blade that extends from his elbow to his fingertips and outwards roughly half a foot. Being strong, not only is the blade deadly, but a blow from the arm in general is enough to crack or even break bones.

Boran often hides himself in clothing. He's usually seen in long-sleeved shirts and faded-blue jeans. He enjoys wearing scarves, though mainly just because they hide the scar upon his neck. His dirty blonde hair is usually hidden under hats as well, and stylish transition glasses cover his light blue eyes. The only oddity you'll find visible on Boran when his arms are in view is a white, clean cloth that wraps his right arm up fully from finger tip to elbow as he never reveals anything higher. His metal arm is locked into place on his shoulder by a plating that has been inserted in the shoulder area. It can be removed or even ripped off, but can also be hooked back into place. Useful if repairs are needed. However, both removal and re-applying the arm is painful as nerves are being rejoined with electric wiring.

  Being in the medical field since he started college, Boran was always fascinated with it and accelerated quickly through his classes in college. By the time he was a Sophomore he was already taking senior classes and beyond. Full course loads and long hours studying made Boran a wonderful candidate for hospitals around the globe.

  
  
  
• Titanium Arm
  

  Being made from Titanium, one of the strongest metals on earth, this is Borans primary defense and offensive weapon. Over 1,000 titanium plates coat this arm, all of which lock together to form a practically seamless human-looking arm. This protects it's internal workings against the harsh beatings from outside sources. Able to withstand blows and blasts, this arm can also transform into a blade that runs from elbow to fingertip and extends outwards by a half-foot (6 inches) providing Boran with a dangerous weapon.

  A strength? Hell yes. As far as the women know that is. Boran doesn't seem to care much about how he looks as far as making himself look pretty in the morning goes, but it's nice when he can get away with things others can't. How many people expect a pretty white man to do something bad? Not that... Boran would ever do something bad, but hey, just a thought.

  Being in the medical field, Boran has developed a keen eye for finding ways around what would seem like impossible problems. His skills with electronic devices and how they work makes it easy for him to turn even the best of defensive machines into complete mush.

  One would think with his intense studies of the medical world, he'd have little time for anything else. Boran finds comfort and relaxation in drawing. His work mostly consisting of pen and pencil on paper, but he has been known to touch paints and clay once in a great while.

  Be it human or other creature, Boran has a heart for the wounded, even if that wounded person is trying to kill him. He may be scared for his life but he'd rather try to help than leave them to die.

  Offer him food and he's bound to stay until he's eaten you out of fridge and home... or until you kick him out. Boran loves to eat, anything, it's a shock he isn't fat.

  
  
  
• Titanium Arm
  

  Both a strength and a weakness, this arm can both give him the edge in a fight or be his downfall. Despite it's hard metal, should one be able to get paste the outer plates to the inner workings, they can completely trash the arm as well as cause severe pain to Boran. Also, with enough force, the arm can be ripped out from it's socket (although there is a small push-button that unlocks the arm from the shoulder plate), doing this can easily send Boran into a shocked state of extreme pain.

  Though Boran can easily swim, nor is he afraid of it, but it can damage the inner workings of his mechanical arm. Though the plates are water-tight and the seam between the arm and shoulder is water-proof, should it be forcefully injected it can cause problems from malfunctions to complete failure.

• Boran used to smoke and drink in high school and college, although it was controlled and kept under the radar (thank god otherwise he probably wouldn't be on such good standings with hospitals), he doesn't enjoy others knowing about it. He doesn't smoke anymore, but will occasionally drink, though only when stressed.

Boran, though outgoing around those he knows, it quite shy and reserved around those he considers strangers. He's proper and rarely does he ever do anything that could get him in a bind. If the situation ever presents itself and he so happens to get involved, he'll try desperately to get out of it. Boran respects the rules and abides by them at all times though under certain circumstances will break them to help a person. He believes in equal punishment such as if you were to kill a person on purpose, he believes only death is the correct punishment. However, he's a bit of a chicken when it comes to dealing out the punishment, reluctant to raise his weapon except for defense. He avoids fights when he can and if he ever gets into one will try to talk his way out of it, as if trying to come to an agreement. He has a soft heart, and even if it's a person who hates his guts, he'll attempt to help. Despite his soft heart though, gaining his trust is a difficult task, you could be friends with him for years and he still would have difficulties trusting you. There are some people though, people that hit all the right spots, and get so close to him it's almost a shock to all the others. Boran has the ability to hate as well though, though he has difficulties holding grudges, it is not impossible for him and if pushed enough, he is capable of revenge.

Boran was born and raised in London, England and grew up with a mother and father who expected much from him. He attended private schools and the best of universities and eventually followed the path of his mother as a doctor. Being so talented in that field, Boran only had to go through 4 years before multiple places were all over him like bears to honey begging to employ him. Upon finishing his fourth year, Boran accepted a job in the United States, specifically Phoenix, AZ. That move, was the last time he saw his parents. When the meteors crashed into earth, infecting large populations of humans, Boran lost contact with his family. Three months of no contact, Boran has accepted the fact that they could very well be dead, along with the rest of his family.

The day of the crashes was when Boran lost his right arm. He was at work in the local hospital when, at the time, an unknown object had crashed into the building above where Boran worked. The supports failed, killing hundreds of people as the top-most part of the building crumbled. Boran, in the frenzy of trying to escape the terror, became trapped under a fallen metal beam, his body in too much shock to realize it had lost a limb to the sharp edge of the beam. It wasn't until the survivors had been rescues and taken to another hospital that Boran realized his missing arm. The doctors repaired the shoulder area and upon request gave Boran an artificial arm, although it wasn't too great, Boran suffered through. During his healing process he began to design his new arm. It first only started out as a dream, but hundreds of crumbled pages later and Boran finally figured it out. With his savings, he began to gather the proper tools and materials and over the course of a year, developed a new arm. The plans for the arm locked tightly away in the safe in his home as he returned to the hospital requesting help. With Boran's knowledge, doctors there helped connect this new arm.

With the shoulder plate in place, Boran was able to casually work on his arm as he pleased, fixing the faults out of it and eventually, after a run-in with an infected, added in a blade for protection. He still suffers the pains of his past, especially on damp, humid days, his shoulder aches. Currently, Boran still works at the hospital, but he avoids the infected areas as much as he can, though it's difficult since there are just so many of the infected running around. Boran, though cautious around them, still has no idea how one can catch this... this disease. He would have thought, being in direct proximity to the crash site, he would have been one of the first infected, but so far he has found nothing wrong with him. With the things he's seen in the world, becoming infected frightens him. He enjoys his life, though can't help but to wonder what his life would be like if he was infected. He spends his home life trying to study how the infected were... well... infected. All he needed was found in his hospital, who's staff were more than happy to supply him with it as they also were curious.

Boran's home is well kept, neat, and quite nice. It was two stories with a large front and back yard with plenty of room for his German Shepherd, Jazzabell to occupy. There was a small porch in the front and a larger porch in the back of dark red stained wood and a hot tub. The basement was where Boran kept all of his medical supplies and worked.
